Ticket Buyers Beware!
ADLER THEATRE CONTINUES TO WARNS CONSUMERS OF THIRD-PARTY TICKET BROKERS

Third-Party Vendor Tickets Can Cost You More Than Extra Money

September 22, 2025

DAVENPORT, IA – The Adler Theatre, a VenuWorks-managed organization, wants to warn ticket buyers to beware when purchasing tickets through third-party ticket brokers. Don’t be deceived by third-party ticket resellers charging inflated prices for tickets to Adler Theatre events. If the price of a ticket for an Adler Theatre event seems extremely high, there is a good possibility that you are not ordering tickets directly from us.

The Adler Theatre does not endorse these third-party resellers. If buying tickets online, make sure that you are ordering through Ticketmaster, our only authorized online ticket seller, and not a third-party reseller that seeks to profit from the attractions performing at the Adler Theatre. Tickets may be purchased online through Ticketmaster HERE. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Adler Theatre Box Office located at 136 E 3rd Street, Davenport, IA, Monday through Friday from 10 AM until 5 PM.

Not only do third-party vendors often double or triple the cost of what the actual ticket price is, you risk receiving invalid tickets that the Adler Theatre is not able to honor, refunds not being authorized for rescheduled or cancelled events, an inability to make changes to the purchase, and missing important show information that is distributed to ticket purchasers.

We hope you continue to enjoy your experience at the Adler Theatre as we endeavor to ensure our patrons receive the best customer service at all of our performances. Thank you again for your continued patronage!
